About Cassidy McKay
What would you like to know?
Cassidy lives in Northern California, in the Sierra foothills,
where she's surrounded by family, friends, and animals.
She's been reading romances since she was thirteen, and writing them
since she was fifteen. However, the serious writing bug didn't bite until
much later in life, inspired by her talented husband (who is also a writer!).
After seeing how he brought wonderful fantasy worlds into existence and
breathed life into two-dimensional characters, she tossed her hat into the
ring and decided to give it a try, too! She writes regular romance, erotic
romance, paranormal, and contemporary romance. She has LOTS of books
in the works, so keep checking back for more information and announcements.
Encouraged by her friends and family, her first book "Sometimes Murphy Wins"
was hatched out of an hilarious incident, which turned into a wonderful book
involving Murphy's Law and it's effect on a shy secretary's love life.
A
little tidbit that most people don't know: In every one of Cassidy's
books,
she features one of her many cats. Yes, each twisted, corny furball in her
stories
is based on an actual cat that torments the family at her house.
That's probably more than you ever wanted to know about Cassidy McKay...
but look for the kitties in her books, and you can imagine them wandering
around, demanding attention (and food) as she's writing her next story.
